We are honoured to announce that we have been named on the 2021 list of Best Workplaces™ for Women. This award follows our certification as a Great Place to Work which involved a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®.

The Best Workplaces for Women list is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work- Certified™ in the past year, headquartered in Canada have a minimum of 15 female employees, and at least 90% of employees must agree that people are treated fairly, regardless of their gender.

Our Managing Partner John Doma comments: “In a male-dominated profession like accounting, it is exceptional to see the feedback that our team members feel they are treated fairly regardless of gender. While we celebrate this accomplishment within our Firm, we recognize that more work needs to be done here and around the world to realize gender equality. Thanks to everyone who works hard to get us closer to that goal.”

We accept this accolade with humility and gratitude towards our team members and their families as we continue to serve our stakeholders to help them Grow, Preserve and Succeed.

The Great Place to Work® Institute is the global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures and they conduct the world’s largest workplace study, surveying over 8,000 organizations representing more than 10 million employees in more than 50 countries. Through proprietary assessment tools and services, GPTW recognizes the world’s Best Workplaces™ in a series of national lists including the Best Workplaces for Professional Services.
