The Partners and the entire team at Bateman MacKay LLP are pleased to announce the promotion of Krista Burch, CPA, CA, TEP, to the position of Tax Partner.
Since joining the Firm in 2017, Krista has become a trusted leader within our tax practice, recognized for her technical expertise and her ability to strengthen the processes and strategies that support exceptional client service. She has played an important role in corporate tax planning, restructuring, and the continued development of our tax team.
Krista is also highly respected for her mentorship of staff and co-op students, and for the integrity and confidence she brings to her leadership.
Since her promotion to Principal in 2024, Krista has earned her Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation and will be leading the Firm’s growing estate planning practice, helping clients navigate long-term succession and wealth preservation.
Krista’s appointment is also a significant milestone as she becomes the Firm’s first female Partner.
