2024 Invoice Payment Change

We are pleased to inform our clients that effective April 2, 2024, the Firm is changing our invoice payment system to CCH iFirm’s ePay. With the implementation of this new, efficient and secure system, we do not expect any major impact to our clients. The same payment options still apply, however, the system in which to make credit card payments will look different.

This initiative is part of our continuous effort to enhance operational efficiencies and security at Bateman MacKay. The adoption of CCH iFirm’s ePay system facilitates a seamless payment experience and elevates the protection of your payment transactions. Our clients are not required to take any action, but keeping cybersecurity top of mind, we wanted to inform you that our invoices will look slightly different and be sent via batemanmackay@cchifirm.ca (Exhibit A below shows a sample invoice email that you can expect to receive). Upon clicking the link “View Your Invoice” a copy of the invoice issued will open (example shown in Exhibit B) – to make a credit payment, simply click the green “Pay Now” button and follow the prompts.

For more details on how to use our new ePay system please watch this short video clip.
Other payment methods continue to be detailed at the bottom of every invoice (cheque, e-transfer, EFT). Credit Card payments via the Make a Payment button on our website will continue to be available (Exhibit C below shows a view of the new web system). If you have questions or would like to learn more about the process, please reach out to your Bateman MacKay Business Advisor or Client Service Coordinator.

Thank you for being a Bateman MacKay Client. Sincerely,

The Partners and Team at Bateman MacKay
