Our Tax Partner Vinay Khosla, M.Acc., CPA, CA  was asked to share his wealth of knowledge and expertise with respect to tax issues arising in divorce, at the Family Law for Financial Professionals Seminar presented by the Greater Toronto Area Accountants Network. Vinay, along with panellists Todd Louie of Quantum Tax Law, Lorne Saltman of Gardiner Roberts LLP, Melanie Russell of Kalex Valuations and former Chief Justice of the Tax Court of Canada, Donald G.H. Bowman, wrapped up the day long seminar by engaging in a panellist forum discussion on the Tax Issues and the ‘Orderly and Equitable’ Settlement of Property and Equalization Matters in Family Law.
