With over 16 years experience in Human Resources, Jen holds the position of the Firm’s Director, Talent & Culture overseeing all aspects of people & culture relating to Team Members. Jen has a passion for cultivating positive workspaces and promoting sustainable careers in public accounting at the Firm.
Jen graduated with a B.A. in Mass Communication from Carleton University. She then completed a post-graduate diploma from Sheridan College specializing in Human Resources. Before arriving at Bateman MacKay LLP, she previously held positions in education at an independent school, supporting the school as part of their People & Culture team as well as time in the broadcast media industry. Jen also holds her CHRL designation.
When not at Bateman MacKay LLP Jen likes to spend time with her family including time with her two young daughters.
