Jonathan Saywack

Jonathan Saywack is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 18 years of public accounting experience, primarily in the assurance field, including several years in senior leadership roles. He has developed extensive expertise across multiple accounting frameworks and works closely with clients to support financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, and provide strategic advice across a broad range of industries.

Jonathan joined Bateman MacKay LLP after serving as a Senior Manager at a large firm, where he led complex engagements, presented financial insights to executive teams and boards, and provided controllership support to growing organizations. He has significant experience working with not-for-profit organizations, education institutions, and government entities, including large-scale organizations with over $1 billion in funding. Jonathan is also deeply committed to mentorship and professional development, having coached CPA candidates and led technical training initiatives across the GTA.
