Bateman MacKay LLP is pleased to have a strong administrative support team. The administrative support team directs customer care and all general administrative matters within our Burlington and Mississauga offices. They take care in greeting our clients with a welcoming and helpful approach. Their exemplary skill set is invaluable to the firm.
In our Burlington office, under the guidance of our Administrative Manager, Nicole Allan, the team plays a vital role in the tracking, assembly and filing of client returns and documentation. Nicole steers workflow management functions, liaises with financial partners, government officials, and other key stakeholders, and provides direct support to the clients and partners alike.
With almost a decade of accounting based administration, Liz Nunes provides expert data and records management, including assembly and document processing support functions to our clients and team. Her friendly voice is responsible for our main telephone reception and call routing.
Behind the scenes we have Pina Farinaccio with almost twenty years of experience in an administrative role. Pina provides CRA compliance support services, and plays a key role in the internal reporting and operations of the firm.
In our Mississauga office, our team is complemented by Yasmin Fathallah. A Sheridan College alumna, Yasmin is a well rounded, and fast paced worker. She provides full administrative support to our Tax and Assurance Departments, and handles all facets of the assembly, data management, document preparation, and internal reporting/operation management functions for this office.
