Caroline joined Bateman MacKay in 2015 and quickly earned the trust and respect of her colleagues to become a valued member of the team in short order.

In her role at Bateman MacKay, Caroline is responsible for the preparation of financial statements and corporate income tax returns. With her client’s objectives always in mind, she is dedicated to delivering financial services and imparting her expertise in a professional and courteous manner. “Spending time with clients is invaluable to me, as it allows me the opportunity to gain an understanding of their vision. Seeing an organization through the owner’s eyes allows me to interpret and respond to their specific accounting needs.” Caroline’s experience working with both big and small accounting firms has provided her with comprehensive knowledge of all four of Canada’s current accounting standards in International Financial Reporting, Private Enterprise, Not-for-Profit Organizations and Pension Plans. She applies her knowledge in a variety of engagements which span numerous industries including charities, investment companies, medical professional corporations, and manufacturing and distribution companies. Outside the office, Caroline enjoys volunteering and spending time with her family and friends. She is also a strong advocate for personal health and wellness, with a particular interest in boxing and badminton. Her affiliations include the Ryerson University Alumni Association.
