Profile
“I believe in providing clients pragmatic, results-driven tax advice and solutions. No two clients are alike nor are their goals and objectives. My mandate is to bring to the table value-added solutions, customized to a particular client’s circumstances and that often involves spending time dealing with non-tax issues in addition to the tax issues.”
As a CA and Tax Partner with Bateman MacKay LLP, Vinay Khosla provides small-medium enterprises with innovative tax and sound business advice to save them money. He specializes in tax planning and consulting on mergers and acquisitions, estates and trusts, corporate reorganizations and divestitures, creditor proofing, income tax appeals and other domestic and offshore tax minimization strategies. Vinay has advised on over $700 million in mergers and acquisitions activity and on trusts and estates with over $450 million in assets. He has serviced a variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution, transportation, real estate, health care, technology and others.
Vinay completed his Masters of Accounting from the University of Waterloo in 1997, obtained his CA designation in 1999, and completed the CICA In-depth tax course in 2002.
