Lisa has many years of experience in tax, specializing in Canadian and US personal tax and financial planning.

Before joining Bateman MacKay, Lisa was Director of Tax, Estates and Trusts Services for Canada Trust where she directed three offices across Canada (Toronto, London and Vancouver). The major emphasis within her group was personal tax returns and tax planning for Canada Trust clients. As a result Lisa has a special expertise in Trust Tax returns and the many tax returns possible after a death in the family.

Lisa also has experience in public practice as a tax manager and can offer our clients advise on complex investment or tax situations. She has no vested interest in one investment over another, as she is not related to the corporation selling the potential investment. As a result her financial planning opinion is truly independent and highly valued by our clients.
