Experience
David has many years of experience in public practice
with responsibility for financial reporting, personal and corporate tax
compliance coupled with 2 years of international experience.
He has been a controller in the head office of a rapidly
expanding restaurant franchisor, responsible for standardizing accounting
procedures and monthly reporting packages.
David obtained specialized knowledge in the insurance
accounting area while working for the Simcoe Erie Group as Internal Auditor
and was the accounting department representative on the insurance software
implementation team responsible for on line accounting as well as User
Sanctions and the User Procedures Manual.
More recently David was the Manager of Risk Finance in
the Head Office of Philip Services Corporation in Hamilton where he was
responsible for renewal data collection from operating locations and allocation
of the policy premiums and claims information to the appropriate operating
entities.
The combination of many years of public practice and private enterprise experience make David uniquely qualified to deal with client needs.
